LAKESIDE CONDOS BY GREENLAND IN WATERFRONT

Lakeside Condos is a new per-construction condo project located at 215 Lake Shore Boulevard East,  In Toronto, Develop By The Greenland. The project has total 3 buildings. The mix of uses community included Condos, office, Park and Retail. Hariri Pontarini Architects have won a competition to design the complex. Pictured above is a design concept, and not a finalized plan or the site. Lakeside Condos includes a 39-storey tower, plus a 49-storey tower with a 14-storey building along Lake Shore Boulevard.
